The Wedding Bell Stationery


We want your stationery to be as unique as you are. Although our designs themselves have been tweaked to look at their very best, there are certain elements of each design that can be customised to better suit your colour scheme or personal preferences. There are also some additional options to consider that will add that extra special touch to your stationery.

Ribbon and ribbon rose colours

Our stock samples come with any ribbon detail in ivory and we are able to make all your stationery in ivory easily and quickly at the prices specified in our pricing lists for each design. However, we can obtain a range of alternative colours for ribbon and ribbon rose embellishments. Please note that we only use the highest quality berisford satin ribbon so although we will try to match your colour requirement as closely as possible, it will be fundamentally limited by the available range of colours physically produced by this supplier. As obtaining different colours for specific orders is a bespoke requirement, alternative colours for ribbon or ribbon roses would be at a supplementary cost of £8.00 per order. Font style and colour

We have carefully selected which of these fonts we believe is the best fit for each of our designs and these are shown in our stock photos. However, if you would prefer a font from one of our alternative designs, please just let us know and we will be sure to make this change when making up your stationery.

Owing to the small size of the text in our smaller inserts, we would highly recommend that you use the standard font colour black with your stationery. However, if you would like to use a colour that more closely matches an element of your wedding colour scheme, please let us know and we will discuss possibilities with you.

Presentation boxes and envelopes

NB: Please note that we do not usually provide a printing service for envelopes. If you would like your envelopes printed with your guest names and addresses in coordinating fonts to match your stationery, this will be at an additional cost. Please enquire with us about this when ordering stationery.

We provide 155mm standard postage envelopes to fit your invitations. We offer two styles; Plain white envelopes (£0.20 each) or luxury pearlescent ivory envelopes (£0.35 each). Both options will also only require the use of a single large letter stamp.

For that extra wow factor, you might like to consider sending your special guests invitations in their own beautiful presentation box. We can provide these in a coordinating pearlescent ivory with a matching ivory pearlescent flat ribbon bow at a supplementary cost of £1.80 each. 

If we are providing you with an envelope printing service (please enquire for pricing), remember to complete the list of the guest's names and addresses in the appropriate section on your order form. Please do be careful to double check spelling as we cannot provide replacements due to incorrect spelling from our order form.


Shown in our design photos is our standard template for wedding invitations. We have alternative more formal and informal templates. Please browse our wording templates and select on your order form which template suits you best. If you would like your own custom wording, select custom and complete the corresponding sections in the form.

For order of ceremony (civil ceremonies) or order of service (church service) booklets, please complete the relevant sections that apply to you in our order form and add any additional details.

For menu booklets, please complete appropriate blank sections in our order form to include all courses and any supplementary information required.

The template for your table plan are fixed and will not change. However, please complete the relevant blank section in your order form to include whether you will be using table numbers or specific names (if so, list them) and the names of guests that will be seated at each table. *Please ensure you double check for spelling of guest names before submitting as we cannot be held liable for mistakes made after printing has commenced*.
