Terms and conditions

The Wedding Bell will accept all new orders on the basis that the following conditions are understood and agreed upon:

Customers are advised that due to products being hand-finished there may be slight variations amongst designs. This is not deemed a fault. We cannot accept responsibility for slight colour and texture variations which occur occasionally. Although every effort has been made to reproduce colours accurately, due to digital imagery some colours shown may not be exact representations of actual colours used. The Wedding Bell reserves the right to substitute a design element with a suitable alternative should an item used in a design become discontinued or unavailable. This will not be done unless otherwise agreed with you, the customer.

All products are finished to a high standard but due to their delicate accessories should be handled with care by the customer. Please note that due to each product being handmade to order we do not offer a refund on unwanted products. All orders will be shipped by recorded delivery and can be tracked at both ends to ensure their safe arrival in your hands. We do not take responsibility for items once they leave our hands. Please contact us if there is any problem with your order and we will try to rectify this accordingly.

We package all our goods very carefully. On receipt of your wedding stationery, if for any unlikely reason there are damaged items, please contact us within 7 days. It is essential that you retain all damaged items including any packaging they arrived in including the box and bubble wrap/void fill packaging or we will not be able to replace your items or provide any type of refund. Please note that any issues including refunds will only be provided within 30 days of sale. We will be unable to assist you after this time.

Work will NOT commence until proofs have been received by the customer and approved by means of appropriately signed paperwork. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check proofs for wording. Once these have been confirmed and the remaining balance has been paid, we are not responsible for any mistakes on stationery that were confirmed in the proofs and cannot provide any refund. If the customer requests a change to the proofs after production has commenced, then an additional charge will be made to cover the cost of the items already made.

Orders can be cancelled as long as final proofs have not been approved and production has not commenced. However, any payments made for samples or proofs will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your order after production has started you will be charged for those items made. In cases where there are over-ordered items prior to production, materials that have already been purchased by us will not be refunded; only labour costs if work has not yet commenced. If stationery is ordered in stages, we can not guarantee 100% continuity of design including colour shades of products used.
